You can create an account from the website or the app. We offer multiple plans to suit your needs, including the possibility of pre-booking an e-bike or dock.

You will need a valid email address, a strong password and a unique phone number. It will take you just 2 minutes to activate your account!
2. Choose your plan
To start using the service, you will need an active payment plan linked to your account. You may choose a long-term subscription or the Pay As You Go plan.
3.That’s it!
You now have everything you need to start your trip. Enjoy the experience!
