Our system
1. Find an e-bike
Log in to the website or the app to view which stations have available e-bikes. If you prefer, you can book your e-bike in advance to ensure that it is available when you arrive at the station.
2. Scan and Release
Use your virtual or physical KeyCard to release the e-bike. You will need to use the main map screen to find available e-bikes at a station using our mobile app.
3. Ride and Return
Please remember to return the bike to one of our docking stations in order to close your trip. Make sure the bike is securely docked and check the app for confirmation that your trip is closed.
